"We were contacted by email before we had even decided to sell with an offer of a reduced commission. This was a smart move on his part because otherwise, we had no other reason to choose Jameson as our agent. Jameson is absolutely the best Realtor® we have ever experienced. We say that having sold five houses over the years; dealing with at least ten Realtors® in those processes. Our situation was: we were moving to the east coast to a lower paying area and would be hard pressed to make several months of high mortgage payments. Jameson is highly energetic and knowledgeable, using every means to advertise, analyze and interpret his campaign to sell our house in a timely fashion. At our first meeting, Jameson had fabricated a booklet with handouts and a timeline table, and he suggested a reasonable sale price based on comparable local listings. He held weekly open houses, sometimes both Saturday and Sunday, going above and beyond the local Realtors® on our behalf. Just as the house went on the market, prices/square-foot dropped. Jameson demonstrated wisdom in quickly recommending price reductions that seemed too high, but in retrospect, his analyses were highly intelligent. In a looming down market with a glut of new listings, we have observed other sellers making smaller reductions, more frequently, with disastrous results predicted by Jameson. Their listings remained on the market as prices dropped and interest rates went up. Had they made larger pro-active price reductions, as Jameson suggested to us, they would have sold sooner. Instead those sellers houses are still on the market, are now worth less in a situation where buyers have less purchase power. Jameson is very professional yet friendly and has a good sense of humor. He managed to reduce our stress levels by working hard, visibly above and beyond expectations, to keep us appraised at every junction, contacting us respectfully and non- intrusively, on a nearly daily basis by email, text messaging and as warranted, by phone calls. He did many things to help us that you wouldn’t expect of most Realtors®. He wisely suggested and then set-up restorative yard work, pest-inspections and responsive, corrective house repairs and cleaning. He helped us arrange our house for optimal showing. Jameson also worked effectively with the eventual buyers through their Realtor® to speed things along. He saved us a mortgage payment in the process. After we had to move and the house was empty, he came by for two months to ensure that the lawn was mowed and weeded, and he kept the house clean. He sent us our interim mail and packages and even had some bulky trash in the garage removed at his own expense. He also expedited paperwork once the house did sell, and explained every detail. He went over our paperwork before filing it to catch any errors or make suggestions. None of his extra efforts would be expected of any other Realtor® we have ever encountered or even heard of. On the basis of these representative examples and many more unstated but important details, we give him our highest possible adulation and recommend him without reservation.
